BC Invest Announces Full Ownership Transition to Metrics Credit Partners

(3 March 2025 – Hong Kong) BC Investment Group (“BC Invest”) is pleased to announce that Metrics Credit Partners (“Metrics”) is progressing toward acquiring 100% ownership of the company, marking a significant step forward in our shared journey.

This transition builds on a strong foundation, when Metrics became a valued shareholder in BC Invest since 2019. Over the years, this partnership has enabled BC Invest to expand our product offerings, enhance our services, and strengthen our market presence.
